HTC X SPORTY SPICE
Advertorial
I usually choose all my technical helpers according on their design. If something looks good it can make up for a lot of technical weak points. I guess that's rather a girly approach but I can't help it. Even better if style and quality come in one. Most recent example is my petrol coloured crush called HTC One. You might remember their advertising featuring Robert Downy Junior in a clip that could as well just have been a Hollywood movie. Well they finally launched their HTC One model and couldn’t wait to get my hands on it to check out all the new features.
It comes in loads of different colours (see photo below) and you can also vary the size. That gives you a chance to make your phone pretty unique. I didn't have to think twice before choosing petrol, the only other colour would probably have been gold. But as I use my phone nearly every minute the sporty version fits a lot better. It’s not shiny but kind of metallic, so you can see no fingerprints or things of that sort.
Best chance to put on some sporty spice signature looks and test some of those HTC One features. Dribbling, calling, texting et.: CHECK, that works out. The display is easy peasy to handle and very quick at the same time. Just a little movement, or a small click and you're exactly where you wanted to be.
Next step, and even more important, music! I never do any kind of sport without music. It makes working out a delight, it makes running so much easier and it makes you feel like Rocky if you have the right son playing. So playing music is definitely one of the most important features. The sound quality is great, and the music library is a lot easier to handle than others I've tried out.
Last but not definitely not least my favourite feature, the camera. I'm always really impressed in what quality those little cameras come in. Although that makes life as a photographer quite a bit harder (if just anyone can take an awesome phone picture), I really enjoy a good camera on a phone. It means that I can leave my huge Canon at home and still have a very good replacement if I do see something that is worth snapping.
What can I say more, it seems like the HTC One is a pretty awesome allrounder when it comes to daily business. So as all technical features are considered, I can keep focusing on the design. Three different sizes, five different colours, and a very slim and modern look. I’m going to take a quick break from Fashion Week now and take my new baby to the gym.
